When the site is opened, the page is delivered. The IP address, the time, the address opened and the browser identification can arise technically. These details are not stored. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating the website, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Name, email, company and the description of the case are used to handle the request. Providing them is voluntary. The legal basis is steps prior to a contract at the request of the data subject, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

A message that is received is kept as email on the operator's mail server. It is deleted once the contact or the handling of the case is finished. No other personal data is stored.

The website runs on a virtual server rented by the operator. The mail server is operated by the operator, likewise on a rented virtual server. Both servers are located in the EU. The provider is Contabo GmbH, Welfenstraße 22, 81541 München, Deutschland. It supplies the infrastructure and is a recipient of the data that arises there. Beyond that, the data is not passed on to any further recipients and is not transferred to a country outside the EU.

The website does not set analytics or marketing cookies.
